Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Israel organized a dialogue with the participation of Chairman of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SSPF) Uriel Lynn and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov, Dunyo news agency reported.

SSPF was founded in 1919 as a non-profit organization. The federation consists of 6 regional chambers of commerce and industry and provides various services to more than 5,000 enterprises and companies. 95% of the member enterprises of the organization are small and 5% are medium-sized companies.

In 2013, a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation was signed between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Israel.

As part of the event, a number of agreements were reached, including the development of an action plan aimed at developing cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Israel, implementing investment projects in the agricultural, electrical, textile and pharmaceutical industries, as well as taking practical measures to increase exports Uzbek products.
