Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution to amend the rules for the retail sale of new cars.

It should be noted that the retail trade rules were approved in February 2003. The rules were supplemented by a new article 119−1.

According to the document, a car seller must provide equal opportunities for all consumers when concluding a sales contract.

If a seller holding a dominant position in the market is unable to satisfy the demand in the domestic market for the sale of cars produced by him, then when concluding more than two contracts for the supply of cars with one person within 12 months, he has the right to refuse to conclude a new contract for this product in the next 12 months.
