Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Transport, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has successfully carried out the first pilot cargo shipment along the transport corridor “Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan – China – Mongolia.”

This project aims to expand market access for products of domestic entrepreneurs and to develop road freight transportation along new logistics routes.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the participating countries and their joint work on developing this direction, new opportunities are opening up to increase trade turnover and strengthen transport and logistics connections. The implementation of this route will contribute to the growth of export-import shipments, the expansion of the geography of trading partners, and the reduction of cargo delivery times.

Given the current situation in the global logistics market, the development of this corridor takes on particular importance for Uzbek national carriers, providing them with new opportunities to expand their business, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their positions at both regional and global levels.
