Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The first meeting of the Commission to coordinate work with priority international ratings and indices was held on 16 April, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister - Finance Minister Jamshid Kuchkarov.

The meeting of the Commission was held to improve the position of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the economic and political-legal international rankings and indices, as well as to further enhance the status of our country in the international arena.

During the meeting, members of the commission were informed by the Deputy Minister of Finance, Odilbek Isakov, on the basis of rating and index indicators.

The effectiveness of reforms is determined by the decisions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan over the past two years, cooperation with organizations, in particular, cooperation with organizations that publish a number of authoritative international ratings in these processes, as well as seminars and trainings for ministries and departments, as well as ongoing consultations.

At the end of the meeting, an international forum was planned to be organized at the end of May with the participation of leading international and local experts, ministries and departments.
