Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During an official visit to the People’s Republic of China, the Director of the Agency for Pharmaceutical Industry Development, Abdulla Azizov, met with representatives of Xinjiang Huashidan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

During the meeting, company representatives shared detailed information about their activities, production capacities, and export opportunities.

Xinjiang Huashidan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the region, specializing in the production and distribution of pharmaceuticals.

The Agency’s Director discussed the current state of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical industry and the opportunities and conditions available within the localization process. He highlighted the benefits offered within the Tashkent Pharma Park, an innovative pharmaceutical science and production cluster, and emphasized the focus on creating favorable conditions for local pharmaceutical production in the country.

At the end of the meeting, both parties agreed to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation, implement joint projects, and exchange experiences.
