Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Government adopted a resolution “On measures to create a Republican Council of Higher Education”.

The resolution defines the activities of the Republican Council of Higher Education.

One of the Council’s activities is the development of proposals for improving educational programs, analysis of the effectiveness of the state system of higher education management.

The Council is a non-governmental non-profit organization with the status of a legal entity.

Under the terms of remuneration, the employees of the Council secretariat are equated with the post of professor of a higher educational institution.

The resolution approved the Regulation on the Republican Council of Higher Education.

According to the Regulation, the recommendations developed by the Council apply to all higher education institutions, interested centers and organizations in the country.
