Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Regulation on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of a unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship.

The unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship includes all the rules for regulating entrepreneurial activity, their terms, related financial costs, documents confirming compliance with the requirements, regulatory authorities, forms of inspections and liability measures.

Information in the Unified Register is entered by authorized state bodies and organizations that regulate the relevant area.

The Ministry of Justice is the operator of the Unified Register, ensures its maintenance, and also coordinates the activities of state bodies and organizations in this area.

The regulation on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the Unified Electronic Register of Mandatory Requirements in the Sphere of Entrepreneurship defines:

types of information to be entered in the register;

functions of authorized state bodies and organizations for the formation and maintenance of a unified register;

the procedure for generating information on mandatory requirements governing entrepreneurial activity, information on newly introduced mandatory requirements;

updating the information placed in the unified register.

Until 1 December 2023, the system of the Unified Electronic Registry will be developed and introduced as a test.
