Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 20 January 2020, the Banking Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decided to issue preliminary permission to create a bank by TBC Bank Group PLC to open a joint-stock commercial bank TBC Bank in Tashkent.

Prior authorization to create a bank is given for a period of up to six months. During this period, the founders must take appropriate organizational and technical measures and form the authorized capital of the bank to obtain a banking license.
