Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank hosted a meeting with a delegation headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Rothschild & Co company Ariel Molar de Rothschild. The press service of the Central Bank reports.

During the meeting, the leadership of the Central Bank informed the guests about the transformations that are being carried out in the banking system of the republic. In particular, the Banking System Reform Strategy for 2020-2025 was presented, aimed at increasing the share of the private sector in banking assets.

It was noted that this reform will allow introducing modern technological solutions and advanced banking experience into the system, as well as creating sufficient financial conditions.

The representatives of the delegation noted that the transformation of the banking and financial system is an important factor in the development of the country, and, in turn, expressed their readiness for mutual cooperation in this area.
