Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, the crew of a military transport aircraft of the Air Force of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan carried out a flight to deliver the bodies (8 bodies) of those killed in an accident in Aktobe (Kazakhstan). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.

The plane with the bodies of the dead arrived at Termez International Airport on 5 April at 3:00. Currently, local administrations are preparing for the funeral, the report notes.

On 3 April, an accident occurred on the Samara-Shymkent highway involving a Volvo truck and a Toyota-Alhpard minivan, as a result of which the driver of the minivan and 7 of his passengers died at the scene. All of them were citizens of Uzbekistan.
