The biggest breaking championship returns to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  After a six-year hiatus, Uzbekistan will once again host the national qualifiers for the largest breaking championship in a "1-on-1" format — Red Bull BC One Cypher.

On 22 September, the strongest dancers will be determined, who will represent the country at the world finals in Brazil.

Red Bull BC One is the leading global breaking championship in a "1-on-1" format. Every year, thousands of b-boys and b-girls compete for the chance to hit the world stage and vie for the title of world champion. This year, national qualifiers are taking place in 30 countries, including Uzbekistan.

The winners (1 b-boy and 1 b-girl) will have the opportunity to travel to the finals in Rio de Janeiro in December to compete for a spot in the top 16 and then for the world champion title.

The national qualifiers in Uzbekistan will be judged by recognized breaking stars: b-boy Menno — a three-time Red Bull BC One champion, b-boy Killa Kolya — Red Bull BC One Kazakhstan champion and head coach of the Kazakhstan national team, and b-boy Fix. Additionally, before the finals, the judges will hold master classes for participants.
