Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice passed the state registration of a resolution on amending the Regulation on the minimum requirements for the activities of commercial banks in the implementation of relations with consumers of banking services.

According to the amendments, now the bank will not limit the right of the borrower and (or) the pledge holder to choose an insurance company and (or) an appraiser.

It was also determined that the bank from the day the borrower fully fulfilled the obligation to pay the loan amount (loan) on the loan is obliged to take measures no later than three business days for this loan:

exclusion from the prohibition of property held in collateral;

exclusion from the collateral register of a record of the bank’s rights in relation to the property being pledged.
