UzA reported that the Uzbek bank has been awarded with bronze statue of the magazine founder Brendan Breken.
The Banker said that the decision was adopted by experts of Bank of the Year Awards 2012 committee based on the results of Microcreditbank for nine months of 2012.
At determining winners, The Banker compares results of the banks’ activities, growth and others figures for 2010. The magazine also considers information on the bank’s strategic development, technologic development, competitive advantages, new services, etc.
The Banker, which has been part of Financial Times since 1926, annually publishes rating of the best banks from 150 countries of the world. The awards are conferred after survey of experts in banking and financial sector.
