Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Bank of Russia and the Agency for the Development of the Capital Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 23 April 2021 signed an Agreement on the procedure for interaction between the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Agency for the Development of the Capital Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the placement and circulation of securities.

The conclusion of the agreement opens access to the market of the Russian Federation for securities of issuers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ (as amended on July 31, 2020) "On the Securities Market", and will also contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Of Uzbekistan in the financial sector.
