Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The regulation on establishing the amount of fees for carrying out activities in the field of circulation of crypto-assets, the procedure for their payment and distribution has passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice.

According to the Regulation, legal entities engaged in mining and the activities of service providers in the field of circulation of crypto-assets on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (miners and service providers) pay fees for this type of activity.

Accordingly, the fees are set in the following multiples of the RFB:

for the activities of miners - 10 sizes of the basic estimated value (now - 3 million soums);

by service providers:

for the operation of the crypto-exchange - 400 sizes of the basic estimated value (120 million soums);

for the activity of the mining pool - 100 sizes of the basic estimated value (30 million soums);

for the activities of a crypto-depository - 5 sizes of the basic estimated value (1.5 million soums);

for the operation of a crypto store - 20 sizes of the basic estimated value (6 million soums).

Fees are paid by miners and service providers on a monthly basis from the moment they receive a license or permit documents in the prescribed manner.
