Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the Legislation, monthly monetary compensation is allocated to certain categories of persons to cover part of the cost of purchasing gasoline. This was reported by the information service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

A new amount of monetary compensation has been established based on the decision of the Interdepartmental Tariff Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers from 31 August 2023.

The amount of monthly monetary compensation starting from the third quarter of 2023 is set at 119,640 soums.

It should be noted that persons entitled to receive compensation can apply to the authorities that assign pensions and benefits at their place of residence.

Compensation payments for gasoline are financed by Uzbekneftegaz.
