Within the emission, Tehnolog will emit 4,278,164 ordinary shares with par value of 1,600 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 6,845,062,000 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders of Toshqishloqmash OJSC through converting Toshqishloqmash shares to Tehnolog stocks.

In line with the prospectus of emission, two ordinary shares of Toshqishloqmash will be converted to one stock of Tehnolog.

At the same time, State Property Committee of Uzbekistan will receive 4,255,560 shares of the emission. Legal entities and individuals will receive other 22,604 shares.
