Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- More than 80 people will have the opportunity to gain knowledge to implement their ideas and startups as part of the Fourth large-scale hackathon Techstars Startup Weekend Tashkent. The Techstars Startup Weekend Tashkent hackathon will take place from 25 to 27 March at AKFA University in Tashkent.
Startup Weekend is an international hackathon model that helps its participants launch their startup in three days on a weekend. Hackathon participants will be able to assemble their team, implement MVP ideas and test it with the help of industry experts (first look at the product). As part of the hackathon, leading experts, business investors, IT specialists, as well as successful startup owners will share their experience and knowledge with hackathon participants.
More than 80 participants, 16 teams and more than 10 experts will take part in the fourth Techstars Startup Weekend Tashkent hackathon.
The facilitator of the event will be Darkonbek Mamataliyev, an iOS engineer at Uber USA. As mentors, experts from various industries with more than 10 years of experience in their industry, with successful case studies and experience in attracting investments and mentoring, as well as mentoring, were invited. Mentors include General Partner at FCB Artgroup Shakhrukh Nizamutdinov, Billz startup CEO Rustam Khamdamov, Google Product Manager and GDG organizer Nuruddin Iminohunov, and others.
During these three days, participants will have the opportunity to get a boost of energy, useful networking, and even the opportunity to first invest in their ideas.
On the last day of the hackathon - on Sunday - the jury members will determine the winners in 2 nominations and 3 places. The winners will receive valuable prizes.
Techstars Startup Weekend Tashkent is organized by Techstars Community Leaders and Google Developers Group. The event is supported by AKFA University.
