The Resolution approved the Regulation on the organization of the activities of the Technology Park of software products and information technologies.

According to the Regulation, the main activities of Technopark are the creation of favorable conditions for the development and development of competitive products and services in the field of information technologies, their promotion in the domestic and foreign markets, stimulation of innovative developments.

Legal entities registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan can apply for obtaining the status of a Technopark resident.

According to this, the applicant submits to the Directorate an application with all the necessary documents attached to it (business plan, etc.).

The Directorate reviews the submitted documents within a period not exceeding 15 business days.

If a decision is made to register the applicant as a resident of the Technopark, the applicant concludes an agreement with the Directorate on the conditions for the activities of the Technopark resident within 5 working days.

Within 3 working days after the conclusion of the contract, the Directorate issues a certificate of registration to the legal entity.
