Tbilisi to host session of Georgian-Uzbek intergovernmental commission
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The sixth session of intergovernmental Georgian-Uzbek economic commission will be held in Tbilisi, capital city of Georgia, on 3 April 2012, Georgia Online reported.

The website reported that Deputy minister of economy and sustainable development Mikhail Dzanelidze will head the Georgian delegation, while Deputy minister for foreign economic relations, investment and trade Akmal Kamalov – the Uzbek side.

During the session, the sides will consider main directions of economic cooperation between Georgia and Uzbekistan, including in such sectors as trade-economic, transport, tourism, energy, agriculture, small and medium business, and investments.

According to Ministry of economy and sustainable development of Georgia, the meeting will serve for further development of bilateral relations between two states.
