TBC Uzbekistan launches Osmon card — the first product with revolving credit

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  TBC Bank Uzbekistan (TBC UZ) has launched the Osmon card, its first credit product.

The Osmon card is designed to enhance the credit card experience for consumers in Uzbekistan, offering a range of unmatched benefits, including a fast approval process, free issuance and delivery, a 55-day interest-free period, competitive annual percentage rates (APR), and minimal payment requirements on the market.

This new revolving credit product will play a key role in the rapid development of TBC Uzbekistan’s digital banking ecosystem — the largest in Central Asia. It will help increase customer engagement, loyalty, and provide convenient access to related services. In addition to TBC UZ, the ecosystem includes the Payme digital payment app and Payme Nasiya — a rapidly growing business for installment loans.

The launch of the Osmon card is part of TBC’s efforts to expand its product range in the country and increase access to world-class digital financial services. This follows the recent introduction of the Salom card, a debit card that is intended to serve as an entry point into TBC Uzbekistan’s ecosystem.

Nika Kurdiani, CEO of TBC Group in Uzbekistan, commented: "The launch of the Osmon card is another important step toward simplifying and improving financial services for our customers. We have the best team in the market, with deep expertise in credit business and a focus on profitability. We continue to successfully scale our operations in Uzbekistan.

The launch of this new product is a step forward in diversifying our offering, deepening market penetration, and promoting financial inclusion in the country. This comes after a productive year, during which we attracted significant funding from a wide range of institutions, launched exciting new products, and signed strategic agreements with international partners, underscoring our continued success in Uzbekistan."
