Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A deal has been concluded on the OTC market to place TBC Bank’s shares in TBC Bank Group PLC (Great Britain).

According to Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE), the deal was concluded on 18 June 2020.

The British company acquired 120,000 shares of the bank (100% of the authorized capital). The sum of the transaction is not reported.

In May 2020, the initial issue of shares of AKB TBC Bank was registered. 120 billion soums.

On 11 April 2020, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued a license to TBC Bank for the right to conduct bank activities in Uzbekistan.
