Tax services of the CIS countries exchanged experience on the use of global Big Data technologies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 6 October, the leadership of the Tax Committee took part in an online format for the first time as a full participant in the XXX meeting of the Coordination Council of Heads of Tax Services of the CIS Member States, which takes place in Astana. In 2022, the head of the Committee Sherzod Kudbiev participated in Belarus as an honorary guest.

The main topics on the agenda are the use of technological (digital) solutions, methods for analyzing large amounts of data to improve the efficiency of tax administration and the development of human resources.

During his speech, First Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee M. Mirzaev noted that the strategic directions for the development of information and communication technologies of the tax authorities of Uzbekistan were:

updating the infrastructure of the Data Processing Center,

modernization of communication structures and information security systems,

creation of a unified platform for tax administration information systems,

implementation of modern process automation technologies,

expanding services provided to taxpayers in real time.

It was emphasized that thanks to the introduction of digital solutions in tax administration, it was possible to reduce the burden of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations, and to achieve efficiency and transparency in the work of tax authorities.

Specialists from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan exchanged experience in the development and implementation of intelligent data processing systems, in particular using artificial intelligence based on neural networks.
