Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Tax Committee of Uzbekistan has launched a virtual assistant for taxpayers based on artificial intelligence.
According to the agency, the committee has implemented the virtual assistant named DavrOn, providing informational support to taxpayers around the clock. It is accessible at ai.soliq.uz.
DavrOn is a friendly and professional consultant offering the necessary information and personalized recommendations on tax matters. The virtual assistant maintains a polite communication style in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages, as highlighted by the committee.
The committee reports that training for this assistant took 3 months and continues to be ongoing. A knowledge base has been created, containing over 11 million characters, including the Tax Code, presidential and cabinet resolutions, explanations, directives, normative and instructional documents, as well as frequently asked questions from the tax service call center regarding online cash registers, electronic digital signatures, electronic reports (services), and others.
The Tax Committee emphasizes that the agency sees significant potential in using artificial intelligence technologies to enhance tax administration efficiency and provide additional conveniences for taxpayers.
