Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President signed Resolution “On measures to ensure the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024.”

The document approved the list of large taxpayers, the income tax from which in 2024 is sent to the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in full.

In 2024, for residential real estate assets, as well as for the land plots they occupy:

- the amount of property tax for individuals, calculated on the basis of the cadastral value determined in 2018, should not exceed the amount of tax accrued for 2023 by more than 1.3 times;

- the amount of land tax levied on individuals on non-agricultural lands should not exceed the amount of tax accrued for 2023 by more than 1.3 times.

From now on, the committees of the Legislative Chamber will hear:

- every six months - heads of ministries and departments on the implementation of target indicators related to the use of budget funds by first-level budget managers;

- based on the results of each quarter - the Tax, Customs Committees and State Assets Management Agency (AUGA) on the implementation of the State Budget revenue forecast;

The procedure for submitting issues to the general meeting of shareholders on:

- establishing the amount of remuneration paid to the executive body and its maximum amount:

- approval of the organizational structure of the company, as well as amendments to it after approval by the supervisory board of economic entities that are in republican ownership, with a state share in the authorized capital (capital) of 50% or more, including commercial banks (except for companies when founding local authorities).
