Representatives of more than 20 countries participated in the forum, which aimed at familiarizing the public with the widescale preparation to Tashkent’s jubilee and promoting creative dialogue and exchange of experience.

A number of exhibitions were held in the framework of the biennale, including those devoted to nature, parents and young generation, together with the festival of video and photo art, master classes, round tables and other meetings.

The participants of TashkentALE 2008 also visited the city of Bukhara and got acquainted with the historical monuments, UzA reported.
