The company registered the third emission of shares. In line with prospectus of emission, TTZ will issue 42 259 011 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares of this emission will be placed through open subscription. The company will provide advantage to shareholders for purchase of the shares, the document said.
