The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan at the assistance of German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The main aim of the master class is to improve competiveness of Uzbekistani producers in internal and external market through improving quality of goods, productivity and efficiency of production organization, decreasing prime cost at minimal investments.

During the master class, the participants will discuss such issues as development and achievement of competiveness of economy of Uzbekistan, development and introduction of advanced ideas and modern methods of quality management, exchange experience in quality management, etc.

The progamme is aimed at increasing access to quality of consulting services and increasing awareness of businesses on effective business processes of enterprises and introduction of Kaizen. The system envisages achievement of concrete goals, such as decreasing prime cost through decreasing loss of time, money, materials, efforts, increasing quality of goods and services, decreasing expenses for development and production of goods.

Russian trainer Yuriy Adler, candidate of technical sciences and Professor of Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute, will conduct the training.

Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, private sector and consulting firms will participate at the event.
