Tashkent to host a concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan conducted by French conductor Natalie Marin

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 4 December at 18:00, a concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan conducted by French conductor Nathalie Marin will take place at the Great Hall of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan.

This project is the result of cooperation between the Embassy of France, the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and the State Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan. The concert program, consisting of excellent works by composers such as Cesar Franck, Chopin and Lily Boulanger, was also selected thanks to the joint efforts of the two parties. Viewers will be able to enjoy the sound of well-known and little-known works of the above composers:

Lily Boulanger - "Spring Morning", Frederic Chopin - Andante spianato and Grand Brilliant Polonaise "Cesar Franck Symphony in D Minor".

Nathalie Marin comes from France to Uzbekistan with a double mission, and it should be noted that she was personally inspired and insisted on the realization of these two roles of her as a guest conductor for a concert with the State Symphony Orchestra and as a teacher for students of the orchestral conducting department of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. After intensive rehearsal days and a concert with the orchestra, Nathalie Marin will spend a busy week with the students of the conservatory and get to know the teaching staff.

Nathalie Marin holds a Diploma in Orchestral Conducting from the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen. She has worked as a guest conductor with the Buenos Aires Philharmonic, Brussels Philharmonic, Nice Philharmonic, Cannes Symphony and many other orchestras. She has also been a regular conductor at the Mersin Theater in Turkey. Today he is the artistic director of the Havana XXI ensemble.

She has performed in prestigious concert halls and theaters such as Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, La Fenice theater in Venice, Shanghai, La Cité de la Musique in Paris, where she staged Karl-Enz Stockhausen alongside Michel Tabachnik.
