Uzbekistan Art Academy, Fund Forum and Ministry of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan are organizers of the event.

It is expected that the biennale will attract painters and graphic arts masters from Uzbekistan and 20 countries of the world.

Fine and applied art of Uzbekistan will be presented at Central Exhibition Hall of Art Academy, creative projects “Jug as form of cosmic thinking” at State Art Musuem of Uzbekistan and “Uzbek fabrics: graphics and retromodern” at the Applied Art Museum of Uzbekistan.

Within the biennale, interesting projects will be presented at the Youth Creative Palace and Fine Arts Gallery of Uzbekistan.

The organizers are also planning to hold scientific conferences, master classes, tours, concerts, meetings within the biennale.

The events of the biennale will be also held in ancient city of Samarkand.
