The main aim of the event is to help business entities to optimize production, strengthen and develop inter-industry and intra-industry cooperation, help to search partners and sign agreements between local producers.

The events of the fair are taking place in all infrastructure of UzExpoCenter national exhibition company, which includes seven exhibition halls, open air areas and conference halls.

The forum presented about 1,030 enterprises and companies. Over 800 foreign enterprises participated at the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange.

The expositions presented over 6,500 products, manufactured in Uzbekistan, and 420 samples of new goods, utilized in 2011.

Leading industries of Uzbekistan demonstrate their products, including such sectors as exploration, mining and processing raw materials, automobile, agriculture machinery, electrotechnical, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, light, food, construction materials, transport and other industries.

The visitors can familiarize with products, produced in Uzbekistan, imported to the country, as well as perspective goods, which are planned to produce in Uzbekistan with use of local raw materials, technologic opportunities and develop cooperation.

Each day, participants and visitors of the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange will have chance to familiarize with perspectives of industries and enterprises at the presentations. They will also have chance to find out technological and technical opportunities of the industries and exchange experience.

This year, the organizers included presentations of regions of Uzbekistan and each of them will demonstrate their achievements. The presentations will help to set industrial cooperation and sign agreement on supply of goods, raw materials, etc.

Evaluating needs of industries and participants of the event, it is possible to determine perspectives of development, plan production and form orders portfolio to goods for next year. It will also help to launch production of new goods based on industrial cooperation.

Participants of the fair also have chance to receive consultations from specialists of ministries and departments, banks, insurance companies, organizations, specializing on standardization and certification.

Purchase of goods, spare parts, raw materials and other products, manufactures in Uzbekistan, are carried out based on direct agreements without holding additional tenders.

The International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange is held in two stages. The first stage was regional and industrial fairs and the second stage - International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange.

The regional and industrial fairs were held in April-June 2011 and over hundreds of enterprises participated at the events. During them, the sides signed 277 agreements for 87.9 billion soums. The sides also inked purchase intensions for 1.58 trillion soums for 2012.
