Representatives of Zolotaya Korona money transfer system – head of department on the CIS banks development Shakhla Kasimov, Development Manager Darya Kuraka and employees of Kapitalbank participated at the conference.

The conference participants considered actual issues of serving clients via Zolotoya Korona system, optimization of receiving and sending remittances through the system.

In particular, the participants discussed introduction of pilot project in Uzbekistan on introduction of customer cards, which allow significantly decrease service time and strengthen loyalty of the clients to bank, organization of SMS notifications on remittance status.

The conference summed up the results of the bank on the money transfer systems for 2010 and determined the priority task for development of this service at Kapitalbank.
