Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A three-day international conference for young researchers "Research in action - 2023" was held in the capital, Dunyo news agency reported, citing the Academy of Sciences.

The event was organized by the University of Cambridge, British Management University, the Center for Contemporary History of the Academy of Sciences and other partners.

The event, among other things, was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. Professors from the University of Cambridge, British Management University, the Center for Recent History and others spoke at the opening of the conference.

During the conference, more than 50 experienced and young scientists from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, the USA, China and other countries discussed various issues of interdisciplinary research.

The forum also presented the results of a study of an international project of the University of Cambridge and a fundamental project of the Center for Contemporary History.

The event was a success and made it possible to share the results of scientific research in different countries, contributed to the academic integration of scientists and the improvement of the skills of young researchers.
