Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Shukhrat Turdikulov, Head of the Internal Control Group for Anti-Corruption at the Tashkent City Administration, held a meeting with a delegation from the Shanghai Municipal Supervisory Committee, led by Deputy Chairperson Shi Tao.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the friendly relations between Uzbekistan and China, highlighting both historical and modern ties. Special attention was given to the sister city relationship between Tashkent and Shanghai, and the importance of strengthening cooperation in combating corruption.

The dialogue covered national anti-corruption systems, their operational specifics, and mechanisms to enhance their effectiveness.

Shukhrat Turdikulov emphasized the significance of China’s experience in this field and noted that sharing expertise between the two countries will help improve anti-corruption efforts.
