As a tradition, the biennale will be organized with the Art Week Style.uz. The topic of 2013 biennale is “Various cultures – one world”.

Fund Forum, Uzbekistan Art Academy and Tashkent city administration are organizers of the event.

The biennale is directed at familiarizing public with various trends, new directions and new names in art, as well as to boost international cultural relations, strengthen dialogue among cultures, traditions, etc.

The biennale will also include conference on problems of modern art, presentations of various exhibition projects, master classes and other events.

The biennale will be host at Central Exhibition Hall of Uzbekistan Art Academy, Tashkent Photography House, International culture caravan-sarai, Memorial museum of Kamoliddin Behzod, Youth Create Palace, Uzbekistan Fine Art Gallery, and State Art Museum.

Tashkent international biennale of contemporary art has been held in the capital of Uzbekistan since 2001.
