Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Tashkent City Administration has allocated 920 million soums to cover tuition fees for 102 female students from socially vulnerable groups for the 2024–2025 academic year, according to the administration’s press service.

This support is provided to young women from low-income families, orphans, widows, and single mothers raising children independently.

The funding is in line with Resolution No. 585 of the Cabinet of Ministers, from 17 September 2021.
