Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent Airport has replenished its fleet of specialized buses with new models from the German manufacturer Cobus Industries GmbH, which were acquired by Uzbekistan Airports.

The new platform buses are the Cobus 3000 model, which is the largest in the range. The airport received 4 new Cobus 3000 buses.

The bus is almost 14 meters long and 3 meters wide and can accommodate 104 passengers - 10 seats and 94 standing.

The model is equipped with a pneumatic floor height adjustment system, which makes it easy to board and disembark passengers, including those with luggage, strollers or disabilities.

It should be noted that Uzbekistan Airports is actively working to update and modernize its fleet of special vehicles.

In addition to apron buses, new universal machines for cleaning the airfield complex, equipment for aircraft de-icing, aircraft tugs and air conditioning systems for aircraft cabins were put into operation.
