Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent International Airport completed capital repair of main runway, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) said in a statement. The national airline of Uzbekistan said that 25,000 square meters of runway pavement surface. The airline said it used modern materials and technologies were used during assembly of special lightening equipment. New surface fully meets international requirements. The airline said that Tashkent International Airport worked without any disruptions during repair works thanks to specially developed scheme, which ensured timely transport movement and uninterrupted communication of services.
