Within the emission, TAPOiCh will place 3.65 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 4,000 soums each. Total emission of shares makes up 14.6 billion soums.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the plant will place shares on close subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. The shares will be placed on market price, but not less than its par values.

TAPOiCh is largest enterprise of aviation industry in Asia. The plant produces airplanes, sales and leases planes, provides maintenance services, etc. The main type of activity is aircraft construction.
