Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva sent a letter of condolences to the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko and the Chairperson of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow region.

“On behalf of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis and my own behalf, I express deep condolences to you and the relatives of those killed in connection with the death and serious injuries of many innocent people as a result of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall,” the letter says.

“We strongly condemn any acts of attack against civilians. We wish all the victims a speedy recovery,” said Tanzila Narbaeva.
