Festival “Moscow meets friends” is wide-scale project of Spivakov Fund and over 12,000 gifted children from 60 countries have participated at the festival since 2004. This year, over 1,500 children from 30 regions of Russia and 42 foreign countries participated at the festival this year.

For the second time, student of National Specialized Musical Academic Lyceum named after Uspenskiy Tamara Akbarova has been participating at the festival on personal invitation of Vladimir Spivakov. Tamara Akbarova participated at various competitions in Germany, France, Sweden, Ukraine and Estonia.

Now, Tamara Akbarova claimed another victory. Specialists, experts and journalists noted high class and performance level of the Uzbek pianist.

Tamara Akbarova expressed gratitude to support of Ministry of Culture and Sports and Fund Forum for creating environments to youth develop.
