Tajik envoy hands over credential to Uzbek FM

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan Muzaffar Huseynove handed over copy of credentials to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Elyor Ghaniev.
After the ceremony, which was held on 31 January, the sides exchanged opinion on bilateral cooperation, as well as international and regional issues of mutual interest.
As earlier reported, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon appointed Muzaffar Huseynov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan on 4 January 2011.
