Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The process of issuing permits for the transportation of goods classified as dangerous, transiting through the territory of Uzbekistan has been digitized. The Ministry of Transport has developed the information system "Dangerous Goods". This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.

As a result, the issuance of permits for the transit of dangerous goods has been transferred from traditional to electronic form. Applicants for the relevant permits can now apply through this information system.

After the applicant submits an application through the system, the application will be considered in accordance with the procedure established by law and within the established time limits, and permission will be granted by the system based on the relevant conclusion. The provided permission form can be downloaded online through the system.

This information system "Dangerous Goods" was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2 February 2002 No. 62.
