General shareholders’ meeting of Syrdarya thermal power station adopted decision to pay dividends on shares for 2010.

In line with the decision, the size of dividends per ordinary share makes up 567.935 soums and per preferential stock – 3,264 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1,370,065, including 1,356,364 ordinary shares and 13,701 – preferential shares.

Syrdarya thermal power station is largest power station of Central Asia. It is equipped with ten power generation. The capacity of the station is 3,000 megawatts.
