Swiss Capital International Group AG acquires 20% stake in InFinBank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Swiss Capital International Group AG (Switzerland) bought 20% shares of Joint stock commercial bank Invest Finance Bank (InFinBank).

Swiss company acquired 27,896,136 shares of the Uzbek bank via Uzbekistan Stock Exchange. The company purchased one share of the Uzbek bank for US$0.32.

According to Swiss Capital International Group AG, the company started process of purchasing of the shares of InFinBank in May 2016. The deal was completed in December 2016.
