According to the portal, about 800 responders, who are economically active population of Uzbekistan, over 18 years old, participated in the poll.

To the question “What do you think, successful career is a luck or hard work?”, about 81% responders answered that it is impossible to make successful career with hard work and good faith to work.

The responders noted that hard work brings both well-being and moral satisfaction. Some responders said that it is impossible to achieve anything without hard work and self-development.

Some 16% of responders believe that successful career is luck for the first time, Superjob.uz said.

According to the responders, hard work is not always rewarded, while luck can turn person successful in several minutes. It is interesting that under fortune, the responders sometimes understand useful relations and protections.

Responders commented that there is large number of hard working people, but in many cases the success does not depend on hard working, but to relatives and friends, which is already success.

About 3% of responders could not answer to question. They say both of them are required. Sometimes, human relations impact to career success rather than professionalism.
