Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Sturgeon Central Asia Balanced Fund Ltd. will acquire shares of the insurance company Universal Sug’urta.

Shareholders of the insurance company approved a decision on an additional issue of shares for a total amount of 8.2 billion soums.

According to the decision, the shares will be issued for investor Sturgeon Central Asia Balanced Fund Ltd.
