Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation consisting of 18 representatives of various ministries and departments of Uzbekistan, including representatives of the State Tax Committee, is visiting the Republic of Korea. The purpose of the visit is to participate in the training course "Capacity building of ICT for senior and middle managers of Uzbekistan", the Press Service of the State Tax Committee reported.

The training course is organized with the support of the Korean International Cooperation Agency and the National Agency for the Development of the Information Society of Korea.

The purpose of this course is to study the components of the administration of the Republic of Korea. The delegation will get acquainted with the Korean e-government model, information systems, criminal justice portal. In addition, there will be an exchange of experience between Korean and Uzbek specialists.

Also, experts can familiarize themselves with the role of the government in the digital economy and the creation of a nationwide administrative service using new technologies, such as AI (artificial intelligence), Big Data and 5G.
