Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan (STC) has launched a system for registering electronic contracts. This was reported by the press service of the committee.

The system is available on the portal of electronic tax services - my.soliq.uz (in the section "services in test mode").

The main goal of the system is to create an open and transparent unified platform for relations between an economic entity and a counterparty.

Agreements concluded between business entities can be voluntarily registered electronically in the taxpayer’s personal account and summarized in the Unified Information System of Electronic Agreements.

This will improve the efficiency of business entities through the automation of office work in accordance with the deadlines in the delivery of goods or the provision of services.

The system assigns a unique number to the registered agreement. At the next stage of improving the system, based on this unique code, such primary documents as electronic invoices, power of attorney, act of completion, and consignment note are automatically generated.
