Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Information has spread on social networks that "employees of the State Tax Committee (STC) units, who have received the right to issue stickers on cars involved in production, demand businesses to transfer taxes six months in advance." This is spoken by the press service of the STC.

In this regard, the State Tax Committee officially declares:

1. Local authorities are responsible for issuing permits for vehicles of enterprises belonging to the category of medium and small businesses. Due to the onset of the reporting period, the need for timely fulfillment of tax obligations and the impossibility of obtaining permits in khokimiyats, on behalf of the Special Republican Commission, the STC began issuing permissive stickers to large taxpayers, which are administered by the Interregional State Tax Inspectorate for large taxpayers. Today their number is 779.
2. For the convenience of taxpayers, the service of issuing permissive stickers for cars of large taxpayers is provided through a personal account on the STC portal. Issue of a sticker is carried out by filing an electronic application.
3. When issuing permits for driving a vehicle, no additional conditions, such as prepayments for taxes, are placed before taxpayers.
4. The filed application is considered within one day from the date of its receipt by the STC. Permits for driving vehicles are issued to large taxpayer employees, provided that the exact address of the move is indicated. The service is free.
5. If the result of the consideration of the application is positive, the permission is sent to the personal account and stored in the repository of the STC - for authentication by the UBDD authorities. The sticker can be downloaded and printed.

If such facts are confirmed in relation to such tax officers, the management of the STC will immediately take tough measures.
